We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with productshootz AI for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not utilized more than 20% of your allocated credits.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your account and features through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@productshootz.com. Include your account email address and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our terms of service, or if the user has excessively consumed resources (e.g., generating an unusually large number of images before requesting a refund).
